Gather everyday observations, clarify questions, and prepare for the next conversation. These are the foundations of the product direction. Feature access depends on your account role and plan.
Now in the app: separate individual profiles
Free supports 1 individual. Premium supports up to 3, with separate setup, observations, goals, appointments, care-provider records, care tasks, and handoffs for each person. Use People you support to switch profiles. The Individual Journey page follows the selected person. These profile limits are separate from caregiver account seats.
Existing family records remain in the primary profile. If Premium ends, additional profiles are retained but locked. Review packages and current billing availability.
Where the product is headed
- More considered, family-reviewed handoffs and summaries.
- Continued validation of caregiver permissions and coordination.

Public website boundaries
These public pages do not send caregiver invitations, grant access, upload vault documents, publish community content, send private messages, or process payments. App integrations have their own access controls and readiness checks. Broad provider integrations and guaranteed release dates are not promised.
