How Mosaeli works, how information is handled, and how to request help or account deletion.

About Mosaeli
Mosaeli is owned and operated by The Thelusma Group. These terms and this notice cover the Mosaeli website at getmosaeli.com, the Mosaeli account application, and the Mosaeli Android app. “Mosaeli,” “we,” and “our” refer to The Thelusma Group as the operator of these services. Support and administrative contact: Tamille Johnson. Contact us about the service or these policies at admin@getmosaeli.com.
Mosaeli is a family organization, preparation, and coordination tool. It is not a healthcare provider and does not provide health services, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Organizing health-related information does not create a provider-patient relationship.
Terms of Service
Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to manage the information you add or share. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, choosing appropriate collaborators, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share another person’s information without appropriate permission or legal authority.
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Mosaeli to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you use and the sharing you request. This permission does not grant ownership of your content or unrestricted permission to use it for unrelated purposes.
Appropriate use and sharing
Do not use Mosaeli unlawfully, misrepresent your identity or authority, harass others, upload malicious material, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Review records, summaries, exports, recipients, and permissions before relying on or sharing information. Downloaded files and copies shared outside Mosaeli may remain with recipients after access is revoked or an account is deleted. Mosaeli cannot recall those copies. Keep your own copy of important records.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a contractual dollar cap on liability.
Mosaeli’s branding, software, and other service materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended purposes but may not misrepresent ownership of it or remove required notices.
Changes and questions
We may update these policies as the service changes and will identify the updated date. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a material change, that requirement applies. A policy update does not retroactively establish consent that was not obtained. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Applicable mandatory legal rights prevail over conflicting wording here.
Privacy Notice
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, Mosaeli processes account and contact details; names, birthdays, and profile information; observations, goals, milestones, appointments, tasks, and handoff notes; care-team and invitation details; insurance, cost, and expense information; uploaded documents; and support or community inquiries. Some information may concern health, disability, children, or other sensitive personal matters. Add only what is necessary and what you are authorized to provide.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate accounts, save and retrieve records, enable authorized collaboration, provide requested exports and documents, handle inquiries, administer subscriptions where available, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access and sharing depend on the feature and permissions selected. A family workspace is not a public profile.
Service providers and disclosures
The service uses Hostinger for website hosting and Supabase for account authentication, application data, and document storage. Email and inquiry delivery may use our mail providers and Resend. Payment flows, where enabled, use Stripe or the applicable purchasing platform. Public pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical requests necessary to serve them. Providers process information required for the functions they perform; their own notices may also apply to services you use directly.
We may disclose relevant information to recipients you authorize, service providers supporting the service, or where reasonably necessary to comply with law, address fraud or security incidents, or protect legal rights. If ownership of the service changes, information may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. This notice does not grant permission to sell family records, use them for targeted advertising, or use them for unrelated AI model training.
Browser storage and technical information
The application uses browser storage for session-related functions, preferences, and local working data. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, device or browser details, timestamps, and operational logs. Signing out or clearing browser storage is not the same as deleting cloud records or closing an account. On shared devices, sign out and protect any downloaded files.
Optional voice-to-text
On supported browsers and in the Mosaeli Android app, you may choose to speak instead of typing, for example to add an observation, a goal, or an appointment. Your browser, or your phone’s speech service, or its speech-recognition provider may process microphone audio on your device or send it to its servers to convert speech to text under its own terms. Mosaeli does not record, store, or receive your audio. Recognized text appears in the note field for your review and is saved only when you use the normal save action. Microphone permission and the in-app disclosure apply before dictation. You can type instead, stop dictation, turn voice-to-text off in the app’s Phone settings or microphone panel, or revoke microphone permission in your browser or phone settings. In the Android app you can also choose on-device recognition where your phone supports it. If you turn on “Help Mosaeli recognize names,” the names of your care team and your goal titles are passed to your phone’s speech service so it can spell them correctly; this is off by default. Do not dictate sensitive information if you are uncomfortable with your browser or phone provider’s processing.
Mosaeli Android app
App lock. You can lock the app with your fingerprint, face, or phone screen lock. Android performs the check. Mosaeli does not receive, store, or transmit your fingerprint, face data, or screen-lock code. “Hide Mosaeli in recent apps” hides app content in the recent-apps list and blocks screenshots inside the app.
Reminders. If you turn on appointment reminders, the app schedules notifications on your phone. They are created and shown by your phone, and appointment details are not sent to a server for this. By default a reminder only says you have an appointment coming up; you can choose to include the provider and time. Because notifications can appear on a lock screen, that choice is yours. Turning reminders off, or signing out, removes scheduled reminders from the phone. Reminders are scheduled when you open or leave the app, so an appointment added by someone else while the app is closed may not be scheduled until the app is next opened.
Recovery drafts. If a save cannot finish, for example because the connection dropped, the app keeps an encrypted copy of your unsaved changes on your phone for up to 30 days so you can restore or export them. The copy is encrypted with a key held in your phone’s keystore, is not sent anywhere, and can be deleted at any time in Phone settings under Data on this phone. It is removed after a successful save or restore. It is kept if you sign out, and it can be restored only by the same person in the same workspace.
Read back. If you turn on “Read back what I said,” your phone’s text-to-speech reads a short summary of what Mosaeli understood aloud so you can check it before saving. This is off by default. Others nearby may hear it. Nothing is saved until you choose Save.
Permissions. The Android app asks for microphone access (voice-to-text), notification access (reminders, only if you turn them on), and uses your phone’s biometric or screen-lock prompt (app lock, only if you turn it on). Android may also show boot-complete and wake permissions so reminders survive a restart. Plan changes and purchases are not offered inside the Android app at this time.
Public contact tools
The general Contact page prepares an email for you to review and send using your email application; preparing it does not submit it. The separate Community Connect inquiry form submits information for private review as described on that form. The free checklist sign-up form collects your email address, an optional first name, the page and campaign link you came from, and the time you agreed to receive emails. We use it only to send the checklist, a short series of tips, and occasional Mosaeli updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing cancels any messages still scheduled. We do not sell this list. The form never asks for family, child, or care details. Email you send is processed by your provider and the receiving mailbox. Do not include passwords, access codes, identity documents, payment-card details, or detailed family records in an initial inquiry.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain an active account, handle requests, and meet applicable legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. After a verified deletion request, information not subject to an applicable retention obligation should be deleted or de-identified. Restricted backups may persist until overwritten through the relevant backup lifecycle; deletion is not represented as immediate erasure of every backup copy. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding to a request.
We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected incident to our contact address without including sensitive records. This notice does not claim HIPAA certification, medical-device approval, or a guarantee that every user’s legal obligations are satisfied. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Contact admin@getmosaeli.com. We may request proportionate verification of identity or authority before disclosing or changing information. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension or refusal. You may also contact your relevant privacy regulator where that right applies. Exercising a privacy right does not remove rights you otherwise have under law.
Children’s information
Mosaeli is intended for adult account holders, not for children to register and use independently. An adult may organize a child’s information only with the necessary parental, guardianship, or other legal authority. Share only what is needed. If you believe a child has created an account independently or information was provided without appropriate authority, contact us so that we can review and address it.
Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your Mosaeli account and associated personal data by emailing admin@getmosaeli.com with the subject “Mosaeli account and data deletion request.” Use the email associated with your account if you can. If you cannot access that address, tell us so that we can arrange an alternative verification process. Do not send a password or identity document in your first message.
State whether you want to delete your account and associated data, or only specific information. We will verify identity and authority, identify any shared-workspace implications and legally required retention, and confirm the outcome after processing. A request does not immediately delete information. Removing your membership is not necessarily the same as deleting an entire family workspace; other people’s rights and permissions must be considered.
Export any records you need before requesting deletion. Deleting the app, clearing browser data, or signing out does not delete the cloud account. Account deletion must also be coordinated with any active subscription; do not assume it cancels renewal automatically. Review the subscription instructions below and mention any active subscription in your request. Details and a copyable email template are available on the account-deletion page.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Free access does not require a paid subscription. Displayed web Premium options are $7.99 USD per month or $80 USD per year, charged upfront at the selected frequency when live purchasing is made available. Review the price, taxes, included features, and total on the applicable checkout screen before authorizing a purchase.
A live recurring subscription renews at its disclosed frequency unless canceled before renewal. For a web subscription purchased through Stripe, use Plan & Billing and then Manage billing to manage or cancel renewal. For a subscription purchased through Google Play or another app store, use that store’s subscription-management tools and applicable rules. This does not mean that Google Play purchasing is currently available.
Canceling renewal ordinarily preserves paid access through the end of the paid period and stops future renewal charges; it does not itself reverse a completed payment. Except where required by law or the applicable purchasing platform, no prorated refund or credit is provided for unused time. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; applicable statutory rights are not affected. Do not provide full payment-card details by email.
If Premium ends, the primary individual profile remains available on Free. Additional profiles are retained but locked under the current plan behavior. Contact support if you need assistance obtaining or deleting your information. Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. A payment failure, refund, or access issue should be resolved through the purchasing platform or support rather than by creating duplicate subscriptions.
Community and third-party resources
Resource listings and links are informational, not endorsements or guarantees of availability, eligibility, pricing, or outcomes. Third-party organizations operate under their own terms. Do not publish another person’s private information or submit misleading, abusive, or unlawful material through community or inquiry features.
Communications
We may contact you about your account, a request, security, or a transaction. Using Mosaeli does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing or SMS messages. Any optional enrollment is subject to the disclosures and choices provided at that point. If you sign up for the free checklist, you will receive the checklist, a short series of tips, and occasional Mosaeli updates until you unsubscribe.
Not a medical or emergency service
Mosaeli is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical or other professional advice. Records and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed. Mosaeli does not monitor emergencies. For urgent safety or medical needs, call 911 in the United States or your local emergency number.
Accessibility and contact
If a feature or policy is difficult to access, contact admin@getmosaeli.com and describe the barrier without including sensitive records. We will work with you on an accessible way to obtain help or submit a request. More information is on our accessibility page.
Account scope
Available functions depend on your role, plan, and released features. Read the instructions shown in the account before sharing, exporting, uploading, or purchasing. These policies do not grant additional workspace permissions or represent an unreleased capability as available.
