Mosaeli Community Connect

Your work matters.
Let’s help families find it.

You’re already making a difference in your community. Let’s connect that work with families looking for their next step.

Local knowledge. Practical resources. A shared commitment to keeping families in control.

Start with a conversation. No commitment or family data required.

See how we build a partnership

Why we’re building this

A clearer next step shouldn't depend on knowing where to look.

Families navigating neurodiverse care often do the connecting themselves: between appointments, school conversations, everyday routines, and community support. Community Connect is our invitation to the organizations already doing meaningful work alongside them.

Mosaeli is a family-first workspace for organizing everyday observations, questions, tasks, and handoffs. This program will help families discover public resources while keeping their information and decisions in their own hands.

Ways to work together

Start small. Make it useful.

You do not need to choose a formal partnership type to say hello. We can identify a practical first step together.

01 / Resource Partner

Help a family find the right starting point.

Explore an approved public-resource listing, with clear information about services, geography, eligibility, and how to make contact.

02 / Community Partner

Meet families where they already are.

Share optional resources through newsletters, community events, parent groups, or information sessions using mutually approved language.

03 / Education Partner

Make practical knowledge easier to share.

Explore a webinar, family-facing guide, or educational conversation with clear authorship and professional boundaries.

04 / Strategic Partner

Build around a shared family-first goal.

Discuss a longer-term initiative with a defined scope, responsibilities, and written agreement before anything is announced.

What Mosaeli brings

Proposed copy for your review, a listing preview before publication, a contact for updates and product questions, and a shared plan for any family-facing materials. Your name, logo, and partnership status are never ours to assume.

Intentional from the first hello

A thoughtful path forward.

A conversation before a commitment. We take time to understand your work, find a useful connection, and agree on the details together.

Your work, represented with care.
Your permission, at every public step.
Begin with a hello
See the six partnership steps
  1. 01
    Getting acquainted

    Introduce your work.

Tell us who you support, where you work, and what families turn to you for.

  2. 02

    Listen for the right connection.

Together, find one useful first step that fits your organization and the families you serve.

  3. 03
    Building confidence

    Verify the details.

Check public information, services, geography, and contact routes before preparing anything for families.

  4. 04

    Agree before we share.

Review the wording, links, permissions, and any use of your name or logo. Nothing goes public without a shared yes.

  5. 05
    Following through

    Publish with purpose.

Share only the information and timing both sides have approved, with clear roles and boundaries.

  6. 06

    Keep the connection useful.

Maintain current information and a clear route for corrections, updates, or removal.

An inquiry is not a partnership agreement. Public listings are planned; no organization is represented as a partner on this page. Checking public information is not clinical vetting.

Family-first, always

Connection without giving up control.

Community Connect is an informational resource program, not a clinical referral engine or a data-sharing portal.

  • No family-data exchangeParticipation does not give an organization access to family accounts, observations, activity, or contact lists.
  • No automatic endorsementA listing or conversation is not a recommendation, a quality guarantee, or permission to use either organization's brand.
  • No replacement for professional careMosaeli does not provide medical, therapeutic, educational, legal, or emergency services.

Looking ahead / Resource Hub

Organized around what families need.

These are the planned resource categories, not a live directory. Listings will only appear after review and the required permissions.

Our proposed standard: show when public information was last checked, distinguish resource listings from agreed partnerships, and disclose any future sponsorship separately. Checking information is not clinical vetting.

Before you reach out

A few good questions.

Open printable program overview ↗
Is this a paid directory?
Community Connect is not intended to be a pay-to-play directory at launch. A conversation carries no obligation; any future paid collaboration would be separately disclosed and agreed in writing.
Do we need a Mosaeli account?
No. Community partnership conversations are separate from family accounts. Public resource listings and partnership timing are agreed separately.
Will partners receive information about families?
No family-account access or family-data exchange is included in this program. Organizations do not receive family activity, account rosters, or private notes through participation.
Does a listing mean Mosaeli recommends a provider?
No. Listings are informational, not clinical recommendations or guarantees of quality, availability, eligibility, or outcomes. Families should confirm details directly with the organization and seek qualified advice as appropriate.
Who approves the listing and logo?
An authorized organization contact must approve the final description, links, status, any logo use, and publication timing. Suggesting someone else's resource does not give permission to use their logo or call them a partner.
Can we ask for changes or removal?
Yes. Use the inquiry page’s “Request an update or removal” option, or email admin@getmosaeli.com with the organization name and relevant page. Please do not send private family information.
What happens after we send an inquiry?
We can review fit, clarify details, and discuss a useful first step. Nothing is automatically listed or approved. The next step may be a conversation, a request for more information, or a decision not to proceed.
