For Care Teams
More family context. Not another clinical portal.
Mosaeli is an optional family-preparation resource for conversations with clinicians, educators, therapists, and other trusted professionals.
Prepared by the family
Start with what they want you to understand.
A family may want to bring a few representative observations, a list of questions, or the practical details that are easy to forget in an appointment. Mosaeli is designed to help organize that preparation.
Family-entered notes are perspectives, not verified clinical findings. They may be incomplete or need context. Professionals should use their own judgment, established processes, and records when discussing them.
Families decide whether to bring information into a conversation. An inquiry from an organization does not establish a partnership or provide access to any family workspace.
A clear place alongside existing care.
An optional preparation aid
- Family-selected observations and questions.
- Context about strengths, preferences, and daily routines.
- A starting point for discussion, not a conclusion.
Not a clinical system
- No diagnosis, scoring, treatment, or clinical recommendations.
- No live EHR or student-information-system integrations.
- No provider inbox, referral service, or guaranteed delivery.
Thoughtful coordination comes first.
The longer-term direction includes intentional, family-controlled sharing. Connected sharing is managed in the app. Broad provider-system integrations are not offered.
If a family sends you a document or email, handle it through your organization’s appropriate privacy and recordkeeping processes. This website does not establish a clinical relationship, a data-processing agreement, or authorization to exchange patient information.
Interested in the approach?
We welcome questions from care teams, schools, and family-serving organizations. No organization named in an inquiry is represented as a partner or endorser.
