More than a date on a calendar

An appointment has a time and a place. It also has the question you thought of yesterday, the moment you wanted to mention, and the next step you want to remember afterward.

Mosaeli helps you organize those details around the individual, their preferences, and the support they choose. Start with one useful note, then add what matters as your family’s story unfolds.

Gather. Clarify. Share.

  • Gather the everyday pieces: Save something you noticed, a helpful routine, a small win, or a question. You do not need the perfect words to begin.
  • Clarify what comes next: Bring appointments, questions, goals, and care tasks into view. Give yourself a place to prepare before the next conversation.
  • Share with intention: Prepare a practical handoff with the details you choose. Review the information and the intended recipient before sharing.

Find your starting point

You do not have to organize everything at once. Begin with the part of the day that feels most scattered.

Your perspective belongs here

Every child's needs are different, whether they're developmental, physical, sensory, medical or emotional. Everyday details can be part of a much bigger story. Mosaeli gives those notes and questions an organizational home, without requiring a diagnosis to begin.

A person is more than an appointment or a task list. Their own perspective, strengths, interests, preferences, and the things that bring them joy belong in the picture, too.

Find out who Mosaeli is for

A family-first beginning

Mosaeli grew from a familiar question: how can the notes, conversations, and small everyday moments be easier to bring together? Its purpose is to help families hold onto what matters and prepare for what comes next.

There is room for the practical details and for the person behind them. Both matter to the story.
